Proposals your clients approve in one click. Write them in ChatGPT or Claude.
SpecBot turns your offers into proposals clients accept in one click, with a signed PDF for both sides. Write them in the web app, by voice, or inside ChatGPT and Claude.
Free plan: 3 proposals and 3 AI drafts a month, no card needed.
How it works
From your price list to a signed proposal in 3 steps
- 1
Your offers
A catalog of your services, prices and terms, adjustable per proposal.
- 2
Draft it where you work
In the web app, by voice, or in chat with ChatGPT or Claude. Prices and terms come from your catalog.
- 3
The client accepts in one click
They open a link, pick the options and accept. Both sides get a signed PDF.
Offers and terms
Set up what you sell once
Your catalog holds your services, how each one is priced and the terms that go with it. Every proposal is built from it. In ChatGPT or Claude, paste a price list or rate card and SpecBot turns it into offers.
- Variants and add-ons, so a client can pick a package and extras on the proposal itself.
- Terms attached to each offer: payment schedule, revisions, ownership. They travel into every proposal that uses the offer.
- Change a price, quantity or term on one proposal without touching the catalog.
- Prices, line items and totals come from your catalog, never from the AI's text.

What it doesn't do
Proposals, and only proposals
No CRM
SpecBot keeps your offers and proposals, not your pipeline or contacts. Keep your CRM for that.
No payments
It doesn't invoice or take payments. Your payment terms go into the proposal; billing stays in your invoicing tool.
No qualified e-signatures
The signed PDF records who accepted, when and what. It is not a qualified electronic signature (eIDAS QES).
FAQ
Questions people ask first
How much does SpecBot cost?
Free is €0 and includes 3 proposals and 3 AI drafts a month, no card needed. Pro is €12 a month, or €9 a month billed yearly (€108 a year), for unlimited proposals and 50 AI drafts a month. Prices are per account, and every feature is on both plans. See pricing.
Does it work in ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes. SpecBot has an MCP server at https://api.specbot.dev/mcp. Add it in Claude under Settings → Connectors, or in ChatGPT under Settings → Apps, then sign in to SpecBot and approve the connection. Your assistant writes the text; prices, terms and totals come from your SpecBot catalog, and nothing is sent to a client until you confirm. It works on the Free plan too. Setup steps and every tool are on the MCP page.
Is the signed PDF legally binding? Is it a qualified e-signature?
When your client accepts, they enter their name, role, company and email, and both of you get a PDF of the proposal with an acceptance certificate: who accepted, when, and a fingerprint of the exact version they saw. That is a simple electronic signature under the EU's eIDAS rules, a clear written record of agreement that works for most service proposals.
It is not a qualified electronic signature (QES), which is the only kind eIDAS treats as equal to a handwritten one. If a contract legally needs a QES or a wet signature, sign that document with a qualified provider. This is general information, not legal advice.
What happens to my data?
Your account, catalog and proposals are stored in the EU (Hetzner). We don't sell your data and don't use your proposals to train AI models. When you use SpecBot from ChatGPT or Claude, we only receive the tool calls, never your chat history. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in settings. Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for; we don't refund partial periods. After that your account falls back to Free (3 proposals and 3 AI drafts a month), and your existing proposals stay. The full rules are in the Terms, and Support answers within one business day.
