What SpecBot is
SpecBot turns your offers into proposals clients accept in one click, with a signed PDF for both sides. Write them in the web app, by voice, or inside ChatGPT and Claude.
Who it's for
SpecBot is for freelancers and small studios and agencies that sell a known set of services. One account belongs to one user.
Pricing
| Plan | Price | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | 3 proposals and 3 AI drafts a month |
| Pro | €12 a month, or €9 a month billed yearly (€108 a year) | Unlimited proposals and 50 AI drafts a month |
- Prices are in euro.
- Every feature is on both plans. Only the limits differ.
- There are no seats and no per-seat pricing.
- When Pro ends, the account falls back to Free.
- Drafting inside ChatGPT or Claude doesn't use AI drafts.
- Proposals count the same in the web app, ChatGPT and Claude.
What it does
- It keeps a catalog of your offers: services, prices and terms. Prices can be fixed, from or a range, per unit, a monthly retainer, or quote only.
- It builds each proposal from your offers. Line items and totals come from the catalog.
- It drafts the proposal text with AI. You review and edit it before sending.
- It sends the proposal to your client as a share link and tracks views.
- The client accepts in one click on the link. The client needs no account.
- On acceptance, both sides get a signed PDF.
What it doesn't do
- It is not a CRM.
- It does not take payments or send invoices.
- It does not offer qualified electronic signatures (eIDAS QES).
