SpecBot vs PandaDoc
Pick PandaDoc if a sales team needs CRM sync, payment collection, approval workflows or qualified e-signatures, or if you send contracts and forms as well as proposals.
Pick SpecBot if you are a freelancer or small studio selling a fixed set of services, want one flat euro price instead of per-seat billing, and only need the client to accept in one click with a signed PDF for both sides.
Prices and features
PandaDoc publishes its prices in US dollars; SpecBot's are in euro. We list both as published and don't convert them.

Where PandaDoc is better
- Scope. PandaDoc handles contracts, forms, quotes and agreements, with bulk send, web forms, CPQ and notary on higher plans or as paid add-ons. SpecBot does proposals only.
- CRM integrations and payment collection on Business. SpecBot has neither.
- Signatures: signing order on every plan, in-person signing and SMS or ID verification on Business, and qualified signatures (QES) on annual Business and Enterprise.
- Team features: approval workflows, recipient analytics, auto reminders, SSO and team workspaces on the higher plans.
- A bigger free allowance: 5 documents a month against SpecBot's 3 proposals.
- Compliance it lists: SOC 2 Type II and GDPR, with US or EU data residency on Enterprise. It also has a mobile app.
Where SpecBot fits
- One person or a small studio that wants a flat price: €12 a month, or €9 a month billed yearly, for one account.
- You sell a known set of services. You keep them once in a catalog of offers with prices and terms, and each proposal takes its line items and totals from there.
- You want to draft in ChatGPT or Claude, by voice, or in the web app. The assistant writes the text; the prices come from your catalog.
- Your client accepts in one click on a share link with no account, and both sides get a signed PDF.
- Not a fit if you need CRM sync, payments inside the proposal, qualified e-signatures or a multi-user team account.
